Has anyone used or know anyone that has tried this kind of thing at home and knows that it actually works?
Very sceptical of these kind of things, but hoping they actually do work.

I've tried the tummy pad thing that was sold as one of those 'as seen on tv' products which later on, investigation revealed it does nothing for weight/fat lose (it did the electricial pluse thing).
These things will help you lose that unsightly bulge around the wallet region; that's about all! ;)
