I'm off to safari with my family in South Africa in June/July next year and planning is well underway!
I'm just curious if anyone has spotted any massive savings that can be made considering there is roughly 12 of us going.
We are looking at flying over and taking a 10 day safari tour and staying at several places along the way.
Any coupons/cheap flight/any discount at all you can help me with would be greatly appreciated so i can pass them on to my family.

The one bit of advice I can give you is to thoroughly look into the reputation & reliability of the SA local agent you decide to use! I've had several friends arrange stuff in SA only to arrive at the airport to find no arranged transfers, ripoff (thieves actually) taxi fares & hotels that were completely untenable (& again staffed by rude, intimidating thieves). They all had to basically pay again for almost everything at full price there & claim with travel insurance or battle travel agents for refunds when they got back to Oz!!!
There's a lot of cowboys in the industry in SA, so my advice is to pony up the bit extra for someone reliable! Oh, and don't skimp on the travel insurance! ;)
