  I've used them before and there were fine. Prices are pretty much the same as the other online booking companies and the $30 dollars off made it even better. The only downside is some of the cancellation/change conditions are a little different, but since I hardly make changes it doesn't usually effect me.

      I had a major international airline do a large and nasty schedule change on me. It was going to be a MAJOR inconvenience and require me to stay overnight in Hong Kong - no thanks! I called your office, got through quickly to a customer services officer and she understood my situation very well and put through a flight-change request very efficiently. New itinerary arrived a handful of days later.

      So I'll always be comfortable booking through Aunt Betty in the future. I couldn't imagine going through that experience with some no-name, no-service el cheapo OTA.
