My wife and I have been looking to buy the new minecraft board game for my kids that has was announced last month. It is often listed as over AUD 100 for Australian stock. US stock is US $39 ($29 on black friday sales) and US $28.50 delivery… so not cheap. For our 3 boys this will be a great xmas present.

It is a twist on the conventional game with a stack of physical 3d blocks and much of the 'fun factor' of minecraft retained.

The pre-order for $78 seems to be the best price for AU stock by some margin.

  Apart from getting this for Christmas, I really don't think this price is special, its just that Australian stores haven't been given pricing and availability yet, it's only just been released in the USA, and Ravensburger takes a little longer to get to Australia.
