    It is disappointing the reward vouchers can’t be used on sale items.

    They never send emails to let us know we have earned the reward or remind us of the expiry date either.

      Yep, the customer service is terrible. It's taken them a week to sort out a simple issue from last week's sale. And they never run customer service through sales on weekends either.

      Also, they never email to inform us the Birthday voucher is available.

      Found out it was available from the 1st of the month, valid for the whole month.

      Can’t be used when when they have % sale off everything in store.

    Just watch their cart system. The total includes postage - until it doesn't. So triple check it.
