You don’t get a message. It should just appear in the vatoms of the receiving account. I have sent a few around.

Anyone else having issues redeeming wallet prizes? When I go to my local scoop shop the final step to redeem a wallet prize and go into the secondary draw is to scan the QR code (which is located on a promotional poster) I've tried twice now and both times received an error. The poor shop keeper has no idea what to do either.
No issues so far, just slow. After showing them what I won/want I think open the prize to scan. Once scanned it takes ages to show up and then reveal. If you are getting an error when going to scan try making sure you have camera permissions enabled for the site. My issue I had the 1st time I redeemed, should should get an access denied error I think it was.
The redemptions have been pretty smooth for me. The QR code scanned was on a lanyard, not the promotional poster. I think each store has its own unique QR code. IIRC below the code is the location of the store.

Once you click redeem you need to scan the QR code again in store and they give you a book with 52 individual pint vouchers

Any ideas if ice cream redemption is available after promotion close 22 December? Presumably can't acquire new Vatoms after 22 December but can you redeem them after that date if within 2 weeks of date of acquisition? Can't see it in T&Cs? Anyone know?
Email the support team. They are usually fairly quick with a response.

Yes. Head Office says it expires on 22 December sadly. T&Cs says you can only have one a day but I have managed to redeem more than 1 a day by going to different store. So go hard :)
So if I acquired a vatom say on the 21st Dec, it will expire on the 22nd Dec even though T&Cs says vatoms would expire within 2 weeks of acquisition?
@ilovefullprice: Yes that's what they told me as that's date the promotion ends. I called the helpline number and they confirmed. I was in disbelief so then spoke to store manager who called up Marketing to confirm. So both said same thing game over 22 December. Both agreed Terms and Conditions should be clearer and have passed it back to promotional dept. Then I thought may be true as once it ends there can be no second prize draw for 52 pints. I am not game enough to see if mine still exist tomorrow so going hard today. If you don't use all yours today maybe you can let me know if they still work tomorrow? Would be keen to know.

so are the vatoms only able to be caught at ben and jerry locations? Those are the only locations on my map.
3-5 vatoms seem to spawn in a clump at "points of interest" at random times.
In my city, the vatom spawns I've seen have been train stations, civic gardens, etc. Always the same couple of locations; so one particular train station and not any of the others on the same line.
You are seeing the benjerry locations when they are closed. Vatoms only appear when the stores are open.

Are you sure? i think you get 2 weeks to redeem prices from date they are collected. comp ends today but prizes should still be valid until their 2 week expiry

That's not right. What if you won a major prize on the last day? I was told 2 weeks from when vatom acquired.
I was told by the manager that yesterday was the last day to use them. They definitely should have made this clearer
Manager is wrong. I emailed support about this, and they said 2 weeks from date of acquisition despite yesterday being the end of the comp.

This is so cool. I have been following blockv who are behind this Ben and Jerry campaign for a long time. This Ben and Jerry campaign is the best use of Vatoms I've seen yet.
