Coles Home Delivery Issues

Ordered online 8.36am this morning. Spent $101
Had a funeral all day with family thing on
Get sent emails from Coles and Cash Rewards confirming my purchase and delivery confirmation sent by email.

Home 20 mins early waited four hours with hungry kids. No delivery.

Coles customer service does not care

Same company who let a thief spend $1000 on my credit cards with 20 transaction of gift cards all signed with a scribble.

    There should be a rule preventing new users from posting anything for 48 hours. This will filter out most of these useless posts.

  • coles have a service line you can call. I'm willing to bet there T&Cs would have clauses to protect them.

  • Shame on Coles online purchase. I did the same filling all in into my trolley for some $80.00 , and it was just impossible to check out for payment.After a number of times I gave up, Few hours later Coles reminded me by email that they were still holding my order and asked what was wrong. I tried again the check out and to no avail. I filled in their comments form to show my disappointment and frustration and waste of my time; they don’t bother at all to give me a reply . What an inefficient organisation!

    As for the $1,000…. was it stolen/a family ICE member borrow it/did you report card stollen/ did you notify the bank/ did you cancel the card/ &c
