A Question for eBay Plus Members

I was thinking about signing up for trials for ebay plus and Amazon Prime. I know I signed up for Prime because I've been using it. But then someone in my family died. So I've been a bit lost, wasting lots of time online - and can't remember if I got around to activating the eBay Plus trial or not.

If I did, my first month would be up soon. So I want to cancel it before they charge me. But I can't find it mentioned anywhere.

Q: How/where do you see it on ebay, when you've signed up? (Where in the menu/s does it show you're an ebay plus member?)

    Direct URL for eBay Plus.

Found in the Top Left Menu on the Desktop Site.

    • Thanks. Yep, I saw that one… I just see a promo page for Plus, but maybe it shows something different when you're a member!?

Once you are a member, is there somewhere you click - like in "Account Settings" under your name at the top right - or "My eBay" at the top left… that shows you're a current Plus member, when it expires, when the next fee is due, etc. that kind of thing?

      • I'm currently a Member and that link I provided has all that information (Member Since, Next Payment, Payment method).

        • Oh, ok great. So that must mean I'm not signed up, or I'd be seeing more than just some promo page. Thanks. :-)

  • they will have sent you a welcome email if you signed up to ebay plus

    • Thanks I did look, and I usually keep emails like that until they expire. But with how things have been the last 3 weeks…

So are you a Plus member? Can you second that clicking this link displays your Plus details? https://www.ebay.com.au/ebayplus/home
