  • Nice, Was looking at these the other day, Except I am needing the double, hopefully that goes on sale aswell

    • +1

Don't do it… those side by side strollers just look painful for navigating. Get a front-back one if you can!

      • +1

I could not agree more. My eldest just turned 10 last week and we had a side-by-side when the next kid arrived (now 8). You can't fit through 90% of supermarket checkouts and it won't wheel through a standard doorway. We replaced it with the City Select front and back … such a better configuration with more options for bassinet etc.

        • Thanks for the heads up :) Got about 6 months left to organise one

          • @adaminperth: Door width these days is usually 77cm. But say 76 just to be safe.

Most side by side prams are 78cm+

I have the 1st gen and love it. It's coming close to 10yr now. Very versatile and durable.

    • +1

Can second this. I have the standard City Mini and it’s been perfect and is fine for infants with an insert. My only hesitation with this one is the dark colour, so a no go for hotter climates.

  • Got one of these (standard version) last year during Black Friday sale and have been very happy with it. Only downside is the the storage space

    • +1

^^^^^ The access to the storage space is quite poorly designed. There's quite a bit of space, but the only access is limited be the pram frame.

Is this AU Stock? because it says origin USA

Also, is this suitable for newborn?

And what's the difference between this Baby Jogger City Mini GT 10th Anniversary Edition and Baby Jogger City Mini GT?

Baby Jogger City Mini GT is selling for $399 in Target

    • No, buy some adapters and a maxi cosi bassinet. I bought and sold them on gumtree for the same price.

probably premium materials and a marketing?

      • ummm…adapters? what are they for?

      • Or get the compatible Baby Jogger capsule that clips straight in? Same with the bassinet, no adapters needed.

    • +2

Mini at target is not the GT mate. Think of GT as offroad edition.

    • Yes we had our newborn in with a liner from day 1 no problem

      • So did we. Is there an advantage using a bassinet? Our baby liked looking out into the big wide world from very early on anyway.

Saved us some money not having to buy a bassinet.

      • Yeah us too. The seatback reclines to very nearly flat and then we used a double-head support. I see they also have all-around liners now, I probably would have got one of them.
With of course the normal seatbelt harness done up.

      This is the gt version
The one you saw is just the city mini for $399

The gt has better tyres, fabric and belly bar

  • I'd highly recommend one of these at that price. Had one for five years now and it's still solid as ever even after regular use. The one handed fold-down in particular is great.

  • Don't forget 10% back from Zip Pay

  • +1

We have this exact one, can recommend it.
Also got the anniversary bassinet for the top as well which was great as we used it as a sleep pod when out as you can detach it easily from the pram.
Only downside is the space in the bottom storage when used with the pram seat (as opposed to when using the bassinet).

  • +2

I bought one OP. Mrs wanted a walker/jogger. Should combo nicely with the maxi cosi compact I got on prime day for $89.

Two quality prams with different strengths for under $450. And to think people drop $1600 on a bugaboo. Madness.

    • Glad to be of service! We have one otherwise I'd be all over it!

    • Although its called Baby Jogger..

"The City Mini GT has a 29.5kg weight capacity, and is not intended for jogging."

  • can you double dip shopback and zip pay?

  • This is back on as a lightning deal - 37% claimed.
