Hi rep, I placed an order for UB19 & now the customer service team is advising falsely saying you guys are sold out and shoes has been discontinued whereas I can clearly see the shoes on sale on your website. Are you able to assist here as you mentioned all orders will be honoured. Thanks
I also placed an order successfully only to be told a day later that it is “sold out and we are unable to order more”. How can an inventory system that should be linked to the ordering system allow me to successfully place the order on an out of order product? And why would a shoe website not be able to order more of a relatively new shoe? Doesn’t sound like a company that’s honouring anything.
I've had confirmation that the item has shipped at the $99 price and also have tracking. So maybe it's because they had so many orders placed on the same item/size and at the same time that they oversold on some?

With all respect Pureboost aren't similar, I am obsessed with Ultraboost and no other model can beat it.
There is a reason for a cheaper price tag, I agree with you on the look but only until you wear them, they will look different :)
