Dishwasher for a Rental Property

hi all

I'm looking for a good quality dishwasher for a rental property and was hoping to grab a good deal on black Friday but nothing amazing seemed to come up.

I'm interested in Bosch and would like to go German made if possible. I'm looking at a series 6 under bench, preferably with the separate tray up top for cutlery.

I have tried Appliances online, good guys, and David Jones and would like to try and keep the costs under $1k + installation.

I need it in Melbourne

If anyone knows of other places to try I would be grateful.

    Wish I had seen your link earlier…… I would love wait until BD but current dishwasher is pretty bad and I want to keep the tennant onside.

  Got a Euromaid DR14S, $429 on appliancesonline, have had one for 3 years now and cleans better and quieter than our previous Asko.

  If your property isn't currently tenanted WITH the dishwasher then perhaps go without it to save yourself any potential headaches in the future?

    property currently has tennants. good suggestion if it was empty.

  thanks all for your suggestions. I took advantage of the DJs friends and family deal and picked up a Bosch SMU66MS02A 15 Place Settings Built-Under Dishwasher for $1034.1 and a $100 gift card for purchasing a dishwasher > $1000.
