Looking for a New Battery Charger for my Eneloop and IKEA batteries

My La Crosse BC700 battery charger has just died and am looking for a new smart charger to replace this. I’m deciding between the Nitecore, Zanflare C4 or the Liitkaka Lii500. I need one to charge both AA and AAA. For those that have any of these, is there one you would recommend over the others? Thanks

I use nitecore, its good quality but abit pricey.

    • +1 for Nitecore.

I use the Nitecore D4 for years now, and going strong (Can change almost any cylinder battery, including 18650s).

I used a Technoline BC 700 battery charger (Euro version La Crosse BC-700) for last 10 years

Upgraded to Nitecore D4 earlier this year (eBay seller lanplus_australia)
Mine was $29.80 delivered, current price is $38.90
    Highly recommended

    • +1 for the Nitecore D4 - I also got mine from the same seller for $38.90 less 20%. Charges my Eneloops, Ikea batteries and 18650 batteries I use without issues.

    • Also a happy Nitecore D4 user from lanplus_australia here too, good if you need to charge cylindrical lithium chemistry too or other battery chemistries.

Zanflare C4 user here, bought it is April 2018.
    It works.
I cannot compare to any others though.
I decided on it after reading this webpage, I see there are plenty of '2019' listings so maybe there would be better choices now.

  • I've also had a charger die too - I had the Memorex Geniux Pro 1 AKA Maha Powerex C9000. Smart features but can't recommend either. The Opus BT-C3100 seems to be what people are choosing for smart/advanced charging, but I've also got a "Rydbatt" 16x AA charger from ebay that I use when I have a bunch to charge at once.

  • Thanks everyone, I’ll take a good look at the nitecore D4, like the idea it also charges 18650.

  • Came to ask just this question, though my motivation is that there's always a queue for my LaCrosse BC-700 and I need to add capacity. Good to see some decent developments since I bought that one. I'll also check out the Nitecore D4. Thanks all.

  • After looking into the Nitecore D4, it led me to the Xtar VC4 and the Opus BT3100. After reading the reviews I’m leaning towards the latter as the charge times seem to faster.
