  Could you suggest a budget rig to get started for someone that doesn't have anything.

  Have an electronics background so kits vs prebuilt isn't an issue.

  Sorry its not HGLRC, but the Tiny hawk rtf is a good starter, but be aware you will probably ditch the controller and googles after a while/upgrade them. Maybe a controller and a sim might be a better way to see if you like it - suggest the jumper range esp the t16 pro if the budget goes there, then you will have a controller , and the googles are getting cheaper now since DJI is coming along and eating everyones lunch
