I can wear disposable P2 masks fine but the masks aren't air tight on my partner because of his big nose.
Does anyone know of a good P2/N95 mask place where we can test face fit in Sydney?
Any good bargains on the masks?

Go to any tool shop like, Bunnings, Total Tools, Sydney Tools etc. I've yet to see a place that lets you test them out. If you want an air tight seal go for a proper respirator with replaceable filters. the disposable ones never seal 100%
3M half face / full face respirators come in 3 sizes, S, M, L. (I suspect a L will fit).
If you want to get fit tested you need to find a occupational hygienist.
Edit, reading again if you find a 3M distributor you may be able to see how big they are in person.
