Amazon Black Friday Deals - Still Not Shipped a Week Later

Recently purchased a Roborock vac from Amazon as part of a black friday deal. ETA the following Wednesday with Prime Membership. Fulfilment by Amazon AU.

I ordered about an hour into the deal 1am Friday - it still had stock a few hours later and then went OOS for a while then more stock added before the deal ended.

By the following Tuesday I had still not got a confirmation email that it had been shipped. Was told by Amazon that it would come the next day (even though it hadn’t been shipped). Next day nothing. Contacted Amazon they told me it would be shipped ‘tomorrow’. This happened all week. It is now Friday night and still not shipped.

To make matters worse many people on the original deal received their vacs the following Monday/Tuesday!

Anyone else still waiting for items to be shipped from Black Friday sales on Amazon!? So much for expedited shipping with Prime Membership!

      Gee you must have the patience of a saint if you ordered an item with an ETA that was 3 days ago and it has not even been shipped yet… particularly when you pay them a monthly fee to get expedited shipping.

    Seek compensation for late delivery. Amazon will usually give you credit.

    contact the online support and they will probably offer you promotional credit and maybe extend your amazon prime for another month just ask them they will try and do it.
