I will be releasing my instructions privately of how to have multiple 7/11 clones running in the same phone at any given time. This will also get around the 2 fuel locks per 24 hours per device limitation.
Please Private Message me to obtain the instructions
Sample of cloned 7/11 apps to manage multiple 7/11 accounts, using App Cloner, PM for instructions
You must know how to do the helicopter method already for one account before you are able to use my method to scale it up!

    • The sample link is broken

      • Hey! Thanks for letting me know :)
        Sample

    • Bummer! Being a new user to OZB I can't send private email as it says message is throttled or something. Would appreciate if you are able to inbox me if possible.

"Unable to send messags: Private message throttled for new user accounts less than 1 day old"

      Interesting option.

Would each cloned app require separate login detail, email address, phone number and its own AUD credit to lock in the voucher?

      Thanks for your work.

        Yes, it would :)

    IOS: https://apps.apple.com/au/app/buysfly/id1489074173

The app also allow you to copy the geocode of the fuel station (by swiping left of the row)

App is really handy, got the notification about this offer the moment it became available.

    • +1

App is really cool - one small bug bear…of course, I understand why the non-intrusive ad bar at the top is there, but my obsession against ads on my device is eating me :’(

    • +2

      Nice app!
      Just some feedback (running iOS 13.3 btw);
      1) iOS 13 dark mode changes the colors in the settings page so that the toggle label doesn't show (white text on white bg)
      2) I cant speak for others, but I would 100% donate/iAP for no ads. (The ads kinda bug be quite a bit)

      • +1

        Thanks

Will work on the Dark mode issue

And will look into the donation thing :)

If you could figure a way to get 0.5c per litre from users, that would generate awesome ongoing cashflow.

    • +8

Nice app! Would be nice if you could set your own price for notifications and for other fuel types.

      • I guess because the way it's linked to scripts it would be hard to let each user set their own price point.

But I think it would be handy to have notifications available at a widely accepted price point for each fuel type.

    • Just wondering how the notifications work? Will the app regularly check the price in the background and use battery?

It was be nice to have customisable notifications too.

      Great work on the app!

      • Would also like to know.

        • +7

No, the app is not keep checking the price from the background
What it does is subscribe push notification service from Apple / Google
It's a native service like how you get notification from Facebook / Whatsapp etc

          To regularly check the price
I modify the ProjectZeroThree Alert script which created in Google Cloud Script
and run a schedule task periodically
Then I create another web system to Push a message to Google Cloud Messaging System
Which at the end push to Apple / Google to relevant subscription model

          In Summary
the app itself do not use any battery when not in use as it doesnt run in background
Even if you kill the app or not running actively, you will still get Discount Alerts as long as you have subscribe for it

    • +1

Mate the app is really nice!! Let me know if you want to make it open source and get some help pushing new features, I'm an mobile developer too ;-)

    • If I already have the projectthreezero email alerts set up, what benefit does this offer me over email alerts?

      Apart from copy and pasting?

      • At the end it’s the same thing
However If you don’t check your email frequently
Or sometimes you want to lock price even when there’s no massive discount
The app still allow you to copy the geocode and do the lock

Eg. Currently Vic U98 is still over 193c in many places while cheapest U98 is 145c

        • The app still allow you to copy the geocode and do the lock

Ah right, I guess for the geocode

    • Lastest update seem to make it crash iPhone launching the app

  • Nutty cheap! Gotta use my 136.9 coupon today then re-lock! ;)

Coincidentally just driving past the Upper Mount Gravatt 7-eleven and noticed this price so locked in.

    • +4

yeah right… you're still in bed (but you live just behind the station, of course)

      • Same :)

  • +8

Took all 4 choppers to upper Mount Gravatt, a lot of air traffic there. Fly safe everyone 😊

    • +2

if you go there again, can you pick up my Computer Alliance order 😄. I live in VIC

      • Only 7/11 provides landing space atm. Maybe ask master21 to builder bigger car park for computer alliance?

  • Thanks, my chopper landed safely at the summit.

  • stop hogging the uber choppers guys! x'D

  • AKA "7-Eleven Wishart"

Cheaper than the cheapest 95 @139.9 sweet as

    fly down

    You mean up

  • getting mock location warning, how does the chopper works?

  • Done. I'm on my way flying back home with two big barrels of fuel. Anyone have a pic of my lovely UFO?

    • no

    • +2

      Flying with dangerous/prohibited goods. That's a paddlin.

  • Thanks for this, now I can drive back to Gold Coast.

  • +1

I went from Brisbane CBD to Mt Gravatt and back in like 10 seconds. Can't beat my running super powers.

    • +1

      Basically A-Train

  • Still got my 134.9 coupon locked from Sat on my other account. I wish there was a delete coupon option in the app….cbf waiting for the coupon to expire or putting in 2L of fuel at the servo and looking like an idiot.

    • Just give to a family member

      • I already gave a 136.9 coupon to my sis on Sunday, thinking it would be the 2nd lowest price, lol!

        • +1

Can post here. I'm sure someone will take it. So you can relock. Win win for both. I dupmed all 4 136 this morning and relocked 132.

    • You could always put it in the classifieds section to see if someone who doesn't know how to spoof wants it or give it to a friend/family member

      • I tried that here once, never again. One guy said he wanted it so I gave him the coupon, hoping he would use it in the next 24 hours (coupon still had 2 days to go). On the final day of the coupon it still wasn't used so I asked if he has used it and he said he gave it to his gf. Got fed up, so I gave it to another guy who used it within 12 hours.

Putting it on classified will guarantee that it will be used, but I want the coupon to be used immediately so it free's up my account, and I can't really force people to use the coupon immediately.

  • Apologies in advance for the likely repeat Q. Is there any way to work this using an iOS device and if not are there instructions somewhere for Android?

    • +1

      PM me for assistance..

  • Missed out =S Not working any more (showing 193.7 at Fairfield Gardens)
Nvm, I set my coordinates slightly too much up north

  • +2

    Price has gone up now

  • +2

    back to 1.50 :(

    I am too late :(

I wonder why these 98 fuel deals tend to be more in QLD than other states? And why they discount 98 instead of 95? Is it when they run out of 95?

My car requires 95 minimum so 98 provides even better value.

Thanks OP for posting this deal.

    • +1

depends on the store. if they stock 95 then it'll take the 91 price (when 91 runs out). If the store doesn't have 95, then 98 will be the price of 91. I think not many stores have 95 now (even most of the newly refurbished ones in Melbourne (inner city) don't have 95). I think too much effort for them to maintain 3 different types of unleaded?

  • That was really quick to move back

  • oh no! just fly from Perth to Brisbane! I need more Chakra to fly back!
