You can return them to the stores too you know and I had no issue with my returns, money went back to my bank account and I used paypal to purchase them.

we have, and never had any issues with them…. though i did just buy womens hikers online and the eyelet which was made of material/ribbon did pull out when i 1st tied them up to see if they fit so I had to return them and returning them to the shop when they were unworn was not an issue.
Yes. I'm finding I need to go up a size. Usually a women's 7/37 but need 38. Can only comment on size because I went in store to size myself just last week and did an online order. They seem comfortable enough
