AMD Rewards. Has Everyone Received Their Codes?

I ordered a Ryzen 7 3700X over Black Friday weekend from futu_online eBay store.

According to the trusty ozbargain community at this thread I see that I should be eligible for the free game and three months of Xbox game pass.

I didn't receive any coupon code from the seller as per what the AMD Reward website FAQ states.

I sent futu_online a message via eBay asking about the coupon codes but so far no response.

Has anybody else had any trouble getting their AMD Rewards coupon codes? Am I dong it wrong? Any advice would be appreciated!

    I got mine no problems from Computer Alliance, they were just printed on the Tax Invoice.

      I double checked my tax invoice from futu but found no codes and no mention of AMD rewards

      Yeah i had this as well. Althoough AMD stop you from redeeming until you actually install it. My case won't arrive for another 3 weeks. Massive pain.

        Your case? AMD don't make cases so I'm not sure how that will affect it? Unless you purchased a case with your AMD GPU/CPU?

          Waiting for my case so I can build my PC. Surely this isn't a difficult concept to understand?

    I had a qualified purchase from MSY. Instructions on their website was pretty clear in that I had to email them with a copy of the invoice. They replied with the code the next day.

    I messaged Futu after receiving my 5700 XT (as no code was sent) and they responded within 3 days with the codes.
