So I made the switch from an old AV receiver (Yamaha RXV673) to a sound bar (Yamaha YSP-2700).
While I do like the sound bar I find I'm missing the option of listening to broadcast radio, which was simple with the AV receiver having a built-in tuner. So I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a cheap tuner to add to the setup.
I use a Logitec Harmony to control everything and it would be kept inside a TV unit behind a door, so it would need to be remotely controllable.
Yep, this works but not overly convenient to tie your phone up for the radio. Means you need to keep the phone around.

Thanks. Did consider this but it's just too bulky for the available space and I don't want another heat producing box inside my entertainment unit. I was also planning to flog it off on eBay.
Why not just an Echo Dot or Google Home? I believe they support digital radio. Then you can just voice command the station you want.
does this soundbar have Bluetooth? why not just stream from your phone
Not sure if its discontinued but according to the manual you can just download the Music Cast App on your phone and then you can play internet radio to your soundbar.
Otherwise maybe Chromecast Audio to the soundbar. You'd have to cast from your phone/computer with Google Chrome though.
