Do you have anything in the way of neck rings or foot binding? Asking for a friend.

Bras to lift and separate, corsets to thin the waist, heals to heighten, lipstick to thicken, fake eyelashes to lengthen… where does it end?

Why do women do this to themselves?
Once all that crap comes off, you will look like a completely different person the next day. Are you thinking you'll win the guy over with charm at that point?

I've never dated a chick who wears all this crap. A bra, fine. A bit of lippy, fine. But all the other crap in the beauty section at Myers- spending hundreds and hundreds on junk??? No way. If you're that insecure and shallow that you need all this stuff to "improve your looks", then that's about the most unattractive quality you can ever have.

Looks fade ladies. As soon as you accept that and instead do other things to "thin your waist" (like I don't know, moderate exercise?), the happier you'll be.

You missed a full stop and a question mark where a full stop should be instead.

I've never dated a chick. Who wears all this crap?

        Clever.

Assumptions aside I'm doing ok though ;).

Women do this stuff because men tell them they need to in order to have any kind of value. You personally might not, at least consciously, but our society as a whole does by pushing the idea that women are ugly or at the very least, could be better, and need fixing with makeup and items like this corset so that they will be attractive to others - because beauty is the most important thing a woman can have. Have a look at movies, magazines - how often do you see an ugly woman featured? Sure, some beauty is a matter of taste, but it is rare to see a genuinely 'ugly' woman - unless she is evil. Do you know how much money would be lost if women were told they were acceptable the way they are? I'm willing to wager billions.

Instead of having a condescending and deriding tone towards the women who are stuck in this expensive cycle of ugly/not ugly, consider that our society, or at least a vast portion of its media, is geared towards convincing them they need this stuff to be pretty. Be condescending to the corporations and celebrities that push this onto the average woman, that create impossible standards and then profit from the 'solutions' they sell. Deride the society that values the appearance of women over all else. And then let's work to change it :-)

    • Well said.

    • My missus uses all these things, she does it for her not me. Girls don't do it for guys either they do it because of other girls. And this look won't fade it literally changes your body shape permanently.

    • My friend wakes up before he does to pop on her face XD
Also you forgot extensions to thicken hair and fake nails.

  • Is there a mens version? Asking for a friend.

Why are you suggesting that this is for females only? I cannot see any reference as to which gender this is targeted towards.

That being said, I'd love to see what the person modelling the product looks like without any products on to see the difference it makes

      • Because men and women are shaped differently. If a guy uses one it can cause damage and you won't get the desired look.

        • It can cause damage in females just as easily. It would most likely sit on a different place on the body depending on gender. Worst case scenario is you get get an extra tight squeeze on the bottom couple of ribs (?). Let me know if there's something Im not thinking of

          @OP

How are these different from the $10 elastic trainers with steel bones you can get on Ebay/Aliexpress?

          • @Talsek: It's not designed to sit on a different place of the body though. If it was squeezing extra on the ribs it will break them. It does happen which is why you have to "season" the corset and only have a max reduction of 2" at a time. The back laces have to be 100% parallel and it has to sit perfect on the body or it will misshape the corset and yourself. These things aren't as easy as putting one on. I also don't suggest these but find a tailored one so it fits perfect.
