No AMD Graphics Drivers Installed Boot Error

I have an AMD 3500X CPU paired with an NVidia GTX 2080 Super GPU on Windows 10 Home edition.

I just updated Windows to version 1909 and now I get the following error message each time I boot up:

'No AMD graphics driver is installed or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.'

I assume this is related the CPU but to be sure I still checked (after a quick google) and there were no AMD graphics drivers present in Device Manager when I booted into Safe mode and had a look.

Any ideas?

    Uninstall the radeon software?

use DDU and uninstall all AMD related stuff

  • Uninstalling the Radeon software seems to have done the trick

    Thanks very much!
