[StartHere] CommissionMonster no longer processing enquiries

Unfortunately one of the affiliate networks we use, CommissionMonster, has decided to no longer allocate resources to investigate transaction enquiries for any of their merchants.

This is very disappointing for us, it will affect all cashback/reward sites that use the network and have an enquiry resolution process.

All merchants on this network will now clearly display the following message on the merchant page in the conditions section:

The network responsible for this merchant will not process ANY enquiries made against transactions (missing or incorrect) for this merchant.

Any existing enquiries will still be processed as far as we're aware.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

  • So if i email you saying that i purchased from let's say DELL using your link for $1000 and i haven't recieved any cash back for this, then there's no way for you guys to actually confirm it. So either u tell the customer sorry but can't help you or you pay the amount from your pocket.

    This is lame isn't it. Feel for you guys.

  • It gets worse I'm afraid. CommissionMonster has also said they will not process existing enquiries.

    We are actively working to find an alternative.
