Contacting Microsoft Store AU eBay

I purchased an Xbox bundle from the Microsoft Ebay store that was suppose to come with a console and some Star Wars game. I've received the package and it only contains the console. I've contacted them via Ebay about the missing game and have received no response. I've contacted the Microsoft Store via live chat and phone and it's not their problem apparently. Does anyone know of alternate contact details for the ebay store?

    The Game Download card is inside the console packaging - I was confused at first too - then found the card inside.

      Thanks for your reply! Well that probably solves it because I haven't opened the box since it's a gift and I assumed it would actually be a physical game. Be nice if Microsoft could be bothered telling me this themselves.
