    Me too mine come today, the shipper throw it onto the ground, when i open the yellow envelope it broken and small spices of the mug drop to my bed …

      Mine came inside a box, mug was wrapped in bubble wrap and inside the box were the small plastic cushion bags to keep the contents stable.

        Charlie, mine was packed the same way, but arrived smashed into 1000 pieces. Has anyone contacted amazon and tried to get it another one posted instead of a refund?

          @videoman: Yes , just contact them , for this case they apologies for what happen , refund and give $10 amazon credit, for my experience they got the best customer service i ever been with , they always reply very quick and give me amazon credit … and they even let me keep 3 things that i order wrong size , change of mind or i want to return and the cost total of them 3 are over $60
