A Personal Loan Inquiry on my Credit Report that I dont recognise

I was reviewing my credit report (acquired through equifax/veda) and just found out that last year in october, it shows an couple of personal loan ($15000) inquiries in the month of October where I am nominated as the guarantor.

This is somewhat shocking as I have never took that personal loan or authorised it for anyone as a guarantor. The lender is an Australian small personal loan company.

Do I have the right to obtain the copy of that personal loan contract from lender, so I know more about this? Also, what are my legal options?

I know that I need to take a legal advise, but was thinking to ask on here as a starting advise if someone has been into similar situation before.
