Major Difference between DeLonghi ECAM Models?

I am looking for a fully automatic coffee machine and have heard good things about the Delonghi machines.

Which would you recommend and what is the biggest differences between their models.

The features and appearance on each of them look pretty similar but the price range is pretty wide.

Any feedback would be great!
