Amazon offers the Philips Norelco Men's 1150x SensoTouch Electric Razor for $49.99 USD via the directions below. That's the lowest total price we (dealnews.com) could find by $30. This wet/dry shaver features GyroFlex 2D technology, precision trimmer, quick charge, 40 minutes of run time, and more. To get this deal:

Just tested this out and they ship this to Australia for $61.47 USD ($58.50 AUD) total. This shaver is auto switchable between 120v and 240v which means it will work in Australia (and other countries) with a conversion plug that can be picked up at any $2 store. This shaver comes with a 2 year warranty. EDIT: I've spoken to Philips and it is a US warranty which will require shipping to US if there are problems.

This model doesn't seem to be sold in Australia but a similar model, 1160, goes for $259 at The Shaver Shop. A Google Shopping search finds the cheapest 1150 available to Australia to be $120

  yeah got mine yesterday, but it was a little delayed getting to surfers.
  used it last night quickly and this morning in the shower with normal shaving gel. works pretty well, better than my old braun. not as close as a blade, but not bad and hardly any irritation. very quiet, impressed with the waterproof seal as it got soaking wet and worked well.
  i picked up a converter adapter for the plug from KMart for $9. it's in the auto section if you are looking for an adapter.
  Have to say it's pretty good. After research at the different shops the more expensive models only provide a few extra features and i think some have triple layer blades instead of single layer. but this thing still works.
  and i have seen this exact model selling around $190au, on sale in store, down from close to $300. so for $65au delivered it's pretty much a deal, even if it's not the top model.
