  3. Add to your cart and proceed to checkout for a total price of $49.99

Just tested this out and they ship this to Australia for $61.47 USD ($58.50 AUD) total. This shaver is auto switchable between 120v and 240v which means it will work in Australia (and other countries) with a conversion plug that can be picked up at any $2 store. This shaver comes with a 2 year warranty. EDIT: I've spoken to Philips and it is a US warranty which will require shipping to US if there are problems.

This model doesn't seem to be sold in Australia but a similar model, 1160, goes for $259 at The Shaver Shop. A Google Shopping search finds the cheapest 1150 available to Australia to be $120

Looks like a good shaver. 4 stars on 147 reviews from Amazon.

EDIT: Fixed link. Should work correctly now.

EDIT:

Price has gone up by $10, now $72.47 USD ($69.86 AUD) delivered.

    • Ordered mine on the first day; originally it said shipping in Sept; now they have revised it and are saying shipping today.

  • I ordered mine on the first day of the deal and it still hasnt shipped. I must of placed it just too late. Oh well. Im just glad i got in on it. Although i am curious as to why various sites have dropped their prices quite low.

  • Just got the e-mail that mine's been sent. Paid just $49 shipped since I had a little gift card balance from years ago - glad to finally get the opportunity to use it :)

    • nice, mine is also shipped. eta 5th Sept to NSW =D just in time for father's day

  • Mine too. Just sent today after they originally estimated it wouldn't be sent for a couple of weeks so I am very happy. It was sent through DHL Global Mail.

  • Is this deal still active? I can't see the coupon even after I sign in to amazon

    • The coupon box is still showing for me although I've clipped it already.

It should be below where it says 30 new from $79.78.

      • Unless I'm totally useless, which may be the case, I still can't see it - I am using an iPhone though ;)

Can you post a screen shot

        • +1

          blame your iPhone

  • Just received my shaver. looks flash. :D

  • Got mine today ^_^

Looks pretty good but haven't used it yet. Thanks OP.

    • Mine arrived today and is on charge as I write. Looks good for the $$s. Cheers OP!

    • i think mine one is still on the way.

    • got mine too, looks nice

  • yeah got mine yesterday, but it was a little delayed getting to surfers.
used it last night quickly and this morning in the shower with normal shaving gel. works pretty well, better than my old braun. not as close as a blade, but not bad and hardly any irritation. very quiet, impressed with the waterproof seal as it got soaking wet and worked well.
i picked up a converter adapter for the plug from KMart for $9. it's in the auto section if you are looking for an adapter.
Have to say it's pretty good. After research at the different shops the more expensive models only provide a few extra features and i think some have triple layer blades instead of single layer. but this thing still works.
and i have seen this exact model selling around $190au, on sale in store, down from close to $300. so for $65au delivered it's pretty much a deal, even if it's not the top model.

    One happy OZBargainer here :-D
