      You are because they're legit Samsung models with seals, redemption slips and all the bells and whistles. People are getting rid of free ones they got with a Galaxy phone that they don't want. Paid $100 for mine.

      Saw a legit looking pair that was sealed on Facebook market selling for $85

      I asked aboht them and he admitted they were a "high quality" fake

      Some go for that at auction. Instant usually $130 - $150. Paid $100 for mine a fortnight ago.

  Note of shipping delay with tobydeals. Bought Dreame v9 14/12, not Dispatched until a week later, parcel still with Toll at time of comment, almost 3 weeks now. Get this from local seller if possible to avoid headache.

    Can second this, bought a Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite on 12/18/2019 and still awaiting for the item to ship, even though it said "In Stock". I contacted TobyDeals and they said they were out of stock until the new year, which is a bummer, but then I hassled them to upgrade the shipping which they did easily enough at their cost. Hopefully it ships over the next couple of days but time will tell.

    TL;DR TobyDeals may say "In Stock", but this isn't always the case and you may have to wait some time for shipment.
