I'm after a good air filter ( cut to size ) which can fit into ducted air conditioner? Since I got Actron Aircon.
Any recommendations?

Apparently G2, G3 not really for smoke, its for dust filtering :(
You won't get anything like P2 for a normal ducted air con, you would have to get something custom made, and it would be very expensive. The standard filter is to protect eat air conditioner, not to clean the ar you breathe.
The other option is to have a filter box fitted inside the roof cavity, like the Lennox M16, or a filter box that can take a MERV 11 filter or better. This should cost an arm and a leg, and will allow you to fit true filtration.
If you just want a better standard G4 filter, get a pleated filter.something like this:

Filters are funny things. Often the better they filter, the more they slow air flow down. Something like ducted air doesn't have much air pressure, so you don't want a filter that works too well.
With that in mind, the G2 and G3 class of filter medium seem to be the go.
