Has anyone bought from this site? Is it actually legit?
The price seems too good to be true. Although the very cheap one comes with few minutes time to purchase at that price, but I'm hesitant to proceed. For example: Xiaomi mi band 4 is only $13. Huawei P30pro is only $163.

Years ago when AliExpress had their big crackdown on fake/counterfeit goods do you know where all those sellers went? Wish! Wish is basically a marketplace with very little moderation from the company. You will get fake USB flash drives, microSDs, clothes and phones especially.
A common scam going around with a few dodgy Chinese sites is selling branded phones for a low price and shipping this. You can buy it elsewhere for as low as $60 USD with "256GB" of storage. It's more fake than a GooPhone.
That being said if you're after a cheap fidget spinner they'll have heaps :)

You've answered your own question. If it seems too good to be true it usually is.
I wouldn't buy anything technology related from Wish. Scammers galore.
I've heard more than enough stories about Wish to know to keep well clear of it.
