  • Discount is up to a maximum value of $10 per ride. Offer excludes tolls and is not valid with any other offer or promotion.

    • Added to description

  • Get 30% off your rides in the first two weeks from when you sign up (up to $10 per ride)

Do you have to be a velocity member to get this discount?

And will it stack with 20% off for rides to the airport (capped at $50)?

    • +1

No, you will automatically get 30% off regardless of whether you're a velocity member or not.
Unfortunately won't stack with 20% off airport promo

  • Couldn't get an evening ride in the middle of Sydney cbd with this mob. One driver accepted then cancelled, then nothing else available. Anyone had a better experience?

    • I've had no trouble getting a Ola in Perth. Most of the uber drivers here also use Ola and didi and tend prefer accepting Ola and didi rides over uber due to bigger commissions.

  • I have used several times in Canberra without issue. They generally have a discount code for airport travel that is great

  • Does OLA operates in Brisbane airport?

    In the terms and condition:

    1. Offer applies only to new users in selected markets (Central Coast, Bendigo, Ballarat, Newcastle, Toowoomba)

It seems not valid for most of areas.

    • Where does it say that? It's not in the t&cs for this deal. It's open for everyone.

      • -1

Jeez… why hasn’t anyone asked to see T&Cs?

  • I read the t&c’s and can only Find this.

Offer applies only to new users in selected markets.

Does not say which markets though!

    • Tried this in Melbourne. I did not get 30% off rides, but did get points. Not worth the trouble. False advertising.

Edit: you need to manually enter a coupon code to get 30% off. There is no mention anywhere what the coupon is. Beware!

      • The coupon code gets added to your account. When you book all coupon codes available are displayed. Should say something like "3 available coupons' before you click request ride.

        • No obvious coupons were displayed on app when booking a ride, so not sure where you are seeing them exactly.

          • @MuddyClear: Next to your payment method above "Book Prime Sedan"

            • @toobzy: Looks like new customers have to click “Apply Coupon” icon to see the available coupon - Very tricky tactic.
