I recently bought three PS4 tiles from amazon sales as gifts. (diff sellers)
They arrived sealed and looked good.
The recipient is telling me that the bonus codes say they have been used.
Does this happen / How could this be possible when they were sealed in shrink wrap.
Or perhaps is the user doing something wrong? TIA

Purchased off the shelf, unsealed, with only the discs locked away (i.e the digital codes available for anyone to take a photo/write it down)? Then, sure, that's a valid reason.
Purchasing sealed copies, different sellers, and all not working? Speaks for itself, really; they're doing something wrong.

One seller was from this deal, and no one else seems to be complaining of issues.
Must be user error.
1 recipient, but 3 different sellers…. sound like the recipient is doing something wrong, perhaps deliberately & is getting ready to file for a refund.
