You should include wether it's a local or imported copy.

I've got mine (LE), preordered at Zavvi ~$39 shipped.

    • I think this is from UK

"All items are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail"

    • What's the difference between local and imported copy?

    • how did u get it for 39….

      • Remember when Zavvi put the wrong price on a Bluray bundle, afterwards they sent discount codes to everyone that ordered.

  • +1

Where can I get the best deal?

    • Check Gamecafe.com.au, they have a nice price engine. They generally get the price right for everything (except for dvd.co.uk in which you take a few dollars off… since dvd.co.uk removes the VAT (UK tax) for Australian/international buyers).

But then again, if you're after PC games, then it's probably easier to wait around release time.. you will probably get tones of those Russian CD key companies offloading this game for half the price.

  • TheHut is selling it for roughly the same price when converted to AUD. Anyone know how reliable ausgamez.com is?

Yeah, I'd stick with the same priced, more well known and known reliability The Hut or Zavvi.

Can't really be negative on it, is is a good price. Probably not the cheapest, but certainly one of the cheapest.

      • -2

The normal price for what it is (a UK import) is the normal price.

The normal price is not a bargain. It's not complicated.

    • I've bought Crysis 2 from these guys back in March this year and no dramas at all….

  • its great to be a pc gamer, don't get shafted at all like console games :D

    • What? Every second game now we get shafted with poorly converted console ports….

Hopefully BF3 will run nicely on PC though!

  • Anyone know the minimum specs for this?

    • Expect them to be higher than what current games like BF:BC2 and COD:BO are…

That said no one really knows how demanding on the hardware this will be and we aren't likely to see any benchmarks until after release date I would guess…

Bottom line though would be that to expect anything semi-decent you will want a quad core and a HD5770 as a very minimum
