Calling Cards

Hey Guys,

just wondering if any of you use calling cards (10 dollar, 20, etc) to call overseas. How much do you get them for? I see a few around that i use and are actually sold quite cheap, if its cheaper than what you guys buy it for i might post it up, if not i wont :S dont wanna get owned by the ozbargain community :D

    No as in buying it as a card in store, most people dont buy these calling cards online… at least i dont think so and i dont :S its cheaper in the shops

    most people using that simcard, calling card soon or later will be gone. some of the site that i mentioned above only cost u 25 cent per call to overseas

      Okay i guess so… do you buy it online and if so how much do you buy it for? thats what im actually trying to figure out i see the sims being sold sometimes for like 30 percent off the credit price

        in the past i got friend that gave me wholesale price around 40-35% off if i bought 10, normally i have to share with my friends. it was 3 years ago, since i use skype, i never bought it anymore.

    Yeah last time I used calling card was probably from 6-7 years ago. These days people just either use special mobile SIMs suggested by @joannatan, or VoIP which also have great IDD rate without that initial local call.

    I usually go to petrol station and buy SUPER SAVER for 10$ if I want to call home.
