Scoopon National Deal - Available on ebay for half the price and with a warranty??

I looked at the Scoopon national deal for a ultrasound slimming device that they have sold over a thousand units at $139. The page doesn't seem to have unique url, so once the deal closes, I guess the info will be gone for good.

I was surprised that no warranty was offered. No guarantee that it would even turn on, No info on power supply, etc. So I went looking on ebay.

I found this item.

which is the same as this item being offered on ebay Oz.

Both listings are around $60AUD delivered

The item looks identical to the one offered on Scoopon. It has a 7 day return policy however.

Does anyone else suspect these products are very very similar?

    Could be identical but i doubt it is

    The ones on ebay are most likely fakes, whereas the one on scoopon is probably the real thing
