Phone around $300 No Bloat NFC and SD

Sorry about the "another phone recommendation thread but I'm doing my head in with specs. Was keen on A20 before hearing about GPS issues.
Need in the next 5 days so would need to be from a shop
U have had a xiaomi mi5 for the last 2-3 years and was happy with it apart from the bloat and being unable to easily sync with pc and music (tried every tutorial I could find). So want something with no bloat and hastle free with pc sync (ideally Android one or similar).
Ideally with NFC, SD slot, reliable GPS, reasonable camera and decent battery life.
Any help would be much appreciated

Asus is pretty underrated in that price level in the market.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 if you can get it in time. Released circa Dec 2018.
Basically stock android with one of the biggest batteries on the market.
If not motorola of some form would do the job.

    • That does look good but can't source one in time. Don't know much about the Motorolas so will have a look into them as more readily available

Have a look at Nokia. Usually pretty good specs and build quality in the low/mid range. And seems to be bloat free to me at least.

Thanks guys I'm looking into what Officeworks and Woolies have on offer, seems to be oppo and Nokia's. Can price match what OW has on offer.

  • Samsung A20 GPS problems huh. Bought one two months ago but haven't got around to using it. How about this fix?

  • Motorola for battery life, nfc, SD slot would probably be my choice in that price range.

  • Thanks guys. Will be going to Officeworks on Saturday and looks like a choice between G7 plus and the macro one, cant see the value of the extra for the G8
