I am wondering if anyone actually received the free domestic flight and free jetstar club membership in this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/473776).
I have met the eligibility for the sign up bonus since November 2019 and I have yet to receive what was advertised. Instead, I receive a $49 travel voucher which I have no clue what it is for.
I have been given the runaround by Jetstar Mastercard, Macquarie bank and Jetstar airways. I strongly suggest everyone not to apply for this card.

I had a similar experience with Jetstar card. There was a QFF bonus for signing up and spend-qualification, but when queries a few months later, Jetstar said that there was no such promotion.
I couldn't dispute it as the website had been updated, and I didn't think to save a copy. Signing up for QFF bonuses is my hack to more points, so I feel I wouldn't have done it if there wasn't something in it for me.
