Any bargains?

If the best you can get from a bike shop is $100 accessories with a list-price bike, you have done very badly.
(FYI, those same accessories are probably $40 or less online. (Wiggle etc))

If you can find an older model in your size then prices are very negotiable and you may get ~35-40% off.
