Been there, done that. You'll have to basically give them away and they need to be unused and SEALED still. If they have been opened, take them back to work or toss them in the bin.
The problem is, LTO media is used by medium to large businesses and they just don't buy media from ebay/2nd hand sellers.
Ebay… Some forums don't permit sale of new/unused stuff anyway.
Gumtree for local buyers.
Ebay for global buyers.
If people are desperate they will have search setups on these at least.
