Hi fellow Ozbargainers - I'm on the market for a small business insurance for an SAAS offering. None of the ones on the market really offer one that is fit for that out of the box, and reviews on actual claims process seems to be almost non-existent.
Can I ask what brands you would recommend, claims experiences and maybe if going to a borker would be a good idea?

comparison sites would also be good. like finder just google insurance comaprison site and see what happens
Thank you - the issue is that I find a distinct lack of information on the value of these comparison sites a bit concerning. I mean, yes, they do compare but maybe they don't include all companies? Are they impartial.
There is also the issue that I can't seem to find many good or bad reviews on the claims process for business insurance. I find many that say the purchase process was painless, which is great, but the true test of a good insurance is when you actually end up needing it (ie the ease of claims process, payouts and payout & investigation times, etc). This is mostly true for personal insurance, but I'm sure its gotta be the same for business insurance, no?
I recommend a broker. They manage the claims process so it's much easier than going direct.
