Fellas, I need to get some RayBan sunnies for my dad. Checked out Myer and DJs yesterday, but they were all full price. Anyone know if there is some kind of deal going on for them ATM? If not RayBan, any discounts on any other brands? Please tell other stores as well if you know.
And yeah, I am living in Melbourne (VIC) and need them in less than 5 days, so can't do an online purchase. It has to be a store.

find the pair you like, note the name and the model number and then buy from the states or UK online, they are much much cheaper!

It would be unlikely that Sunglass Hut will be cheaper than Myer but it's worth checking. I'd phone them and save myself the trip.
Sunglasses are a straight up rip-off here. Buying online from the US is one third of the price of Myer or Sunglass Hut these days.
was in spencer st DFO yesterday and checked out some sun glasses in a store. I cannot remember the name of the store but I think its opposite to the Calvin Klein store. They have all the cheap branded sun glasses on all the walls in the store and the branded ones in glass shelves. Hope this info helps to locate the store there. They had 20% off on Ray Bans which usually not seen anywhere else. Check them out. But to be honest, sunglasses are a rip off here. I tried few models here and bought them in India when I went there last time. The rate here for the styles I looked were about $250 - $300 but I picked up the same models (genuine ones) in India for around $140 - $150, half price.

Our store is going to run 30% off sunglasses next week, but if you call up I'm sure we can accommodate you earlier. We even have the new Rayban model 3461 (interchangeable lenses) and you can have them at 30% off. At sunglass hut it is $329, but we can do it at $229. We currently only have the model 3461 in size 59. Another popular model is Rayban 3465 (size 64), colour 004/78. Was there a particular model you were after?
