Would it still be ok to buy something online from Jeanswest, now that they are in administration, or is there too much of a risk that the order won't be fulfilled and the money won't be refunded?

any time anything goes into administration, only pay for goods where you get them in hand immediately.
Once a company enters administration the administers are actually legally obligated to fulfil the orders so you’re completely safe

If you pay with a credit card you can always do a chargeback if they don't ship.
If they send you wrong size/model then it might get a bit more troublesome :P
