Gold oil are generally double the price (though they go on sale often) so was wondering if they are any better healthwise
Health-wise it is difficult to tell without their nutrition facts labels. I suggest you compare both labels for fat content (saturated, poly, mono, trans, etc).
Generally speaking, most refined oils are commodity products and two different brands may even come from the same factory just with different labels.
It is possible however that they are from different producers and have a different quality standard of refining. For instance, one may be more aromatic than the other which affects taste. Taste-wise, the only way to know for sure is to try both brands.
