at a seminar recently I watched a demo of a Customer Review widget in action that separates good and bad reviews.
Briefly, on a website, a Customer Review request (Leave a Review) or button shows 5 greyed out stars. If you select 1-3 stars a customer "complaint" form pops up with a space for the customer to leave a message which is then auto-directed via email to the business' inbox for action or reply by the business.
If 4-5 stars are selected then then customer is re-directed to leave an authentic Google Review - thereby reducing those low score or bad reviews from appearing on Google and tarnishing the business' Google Star Rating score.
Does anyone know where I can get hold of this widget/software to include in my website ? ie Shareware - in true OzBargain spirit.

Found it: www.reviewninja.com has a free version (limited to 20 reviews per month) I’ll give that a go.
