    Looking at the runners and the thickness of the mdf 3 years might be pushing it.

    I had one, lasted about a year until the wheels on the runners started to wear out and were no longer circular. I did ended up replacing the runners with ball bearing ones from Bunnings. Pretty sure this is the normal price though. I would rate this the same as the stuff you get from Fantastic Furniture.
