Samsung SRS693NLS (696L) Side by Side Fridge - User Experience?

Checking in to see if anyone here has this fridge and can comment if the fridge is any good?

    My father-in-law just bought one of these - it's great. I bought one of these https://www.samsung.com/au/refrigerators/rf67qesg1/ in late 2018 which is great too. For my model, some people say it has issues but we've had a pretty good run with it so far.
