Does anyone know where I can buy SheerMagic stain remover? Online, in person, I don't mind. I've Googled high and low and can't find where I can purchase it from.

I've not seen the Sheer Magic brand however I used to have a dry clean stain remover spray (cannot recall the brand) that worked great in removing stains from delicate fabrics, such as silk, cashmere, etc. without having to wash the item.

Yes! The dry cleaner wasn't game enough to have a go as he wasn't sure he would be able to remove the foundation from my silk shirt without damaging the fabric so he gave me a 1/2 full spray bottle to try (with instructions) at home & it was super easy! I've also used it to remove matte lipstick as well with no problem.
Good luck with the w/w product otherwise seek advice from your dry cleaner.
The instructions on these things usually say to test on an inconspicuous spot on the fabric first for colour fastness.
