How long has this sale been running for? So as not to mislead any Ozbargainers or consumers, are you able to use your current market price instead of RRP discount?

For example - your first guitar ESP E-II ARROW Black Silver Fade w/ Floyd Rose RRP $3,999 NOW $3,099 - was actually priced at $3,199 on 6 January 2020.

      Oof size large

These aren't deals. This is just advertising. All you've done is inflated the price, whacked RRP next to it and then put a 5% at most discount on things.

  • Is ESP worth spending twice as much as LTDs…

    • You'd have to be your own judge about that. A lot of what buying an expensive guitar is emotional and not logical.

Some people don't like having the lower brand.

Some people love to have a nicer looking guitar.

Some people hear better sound from a nicer guitar.

Some guitars truly sound better (ie, you're not really going to get a Wal bass from anywhere but Wal)

Some have better features / hardware (not all that common in terms of practically doing anything)

At the end of the day, the sound and playing difference between expensive and reasonably priced (but still fairly costly) guitars is often like saying "I'll pay $1500 for 5% better"

Whilst very unscientific, you might consider watching some of the blindfold challenges on andertons music youtube channel - you'll get a better sense of how the lower brands are really basically doing a great job these days. LTD guitars are good guitars

I have a gibson les paul studio - I honestly don't think I'd like having an epiphone - yet they probably sound as good. I wouldn't go as far as to say I need to change my studio to a custom for twice the price, though.
