Weird HDMI 4K Issue with TV

So I purchased a 4k Tv from https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/514907 and originally thought 4k 60hz wasn't working as the tv would stop displaying after pushing from 4k 30hz to 4k 60hz to the tv, I tried it on 2 other TVs with the same cable and found that it worked on those TVs.

So come today before I went off to return this (under false sales person advice as I was told this tv was 4k 60hz) I tested with my Vodafone tv and my desktop pc(running 1080ti) and they worked on the tv with 4k 60hz so I'm questioning what the possible issue is.

I've tried drivers & other cables for the laptop but nothing worked.

Does anyone have any ideas on what the possible issue could be?

HDMI 2.0 minimum for 4k 60hz I believe….or displayport 1.3 or was it 1.4…?

Have you set the HDMI UHD to Enhanced as per the tv manual?:

When trying to watch 4K UHD picture, if the image keeps flickering or there is no image, go to Menu > System > HDMI UHD and adjust the setting to 'Enhanced'

  yep it's enhanced (hdmi isn't supporting 4k 60hz otherwise)
