The link will take you straight to the cart with an item added but you can just "continue shopping" and add an other item to the cart to get the $30 discount, then delete the original item. It's also stackable, being $30 off each individual item in your cart.
I was able to grab a pair of earrings for $59 which is the cheapest item I believe.
